Coachman’s Cottage is an elegantly refurbished two-bedroom retreat set within the picturesque Osbaston Mews, in the grounds of historic Osbaston Hall. Combining original character with considered contemporary design, the cottage offers flexible accommodation for up to four guests. Perfect for couples, families or small groups, it can be enjoyed as a standalone stay or as part of the wider Osbaston Collection. The cottage opens into a welcoming entrance hall, complete with a discreetly positioned downstairs WC and separate utility space, providing both practicality and ease for extended stays. To the left, a beautifully reimagined kitchen and dining area forms the heart of the home. Recently refurbished and fully equipped, this space retains original features that lend warmth and character, while offering all the conveniences expected of contemporary living. Beyond, the living room is an inviting and light-filled space, distinguished by its high ceilings and generous proportions. Large windows allow natural light to flood in, enhancing the sense of openness, while carefully selected furnishings create an atmosphere of understated elegance and comfort. Upstairs (please note the stairs are steep), two spacious bedrooms provide restful and flexible accommodation. Each is furnished with super king-size zip and link beds, allowing for either king or twin configurations. Both rooms enjoy tranquil views across the surrounding countryside and are enriched with characterful pieces, including furnishings from the owner’s childhood, lending a quiet sense of heritage and personal character. Additionally, a newly renovated bathroom has been finished to an exceptional standard, thoughtfully balancing style and functionality. Complete with a double vanity, full-sized bath, and a generous walk-in shower, it offers a calm and refined space in which to unwind. Other things to note Visit with Confidence. To help ensure a smooth and seamless stay, all guests are required to complete a mandatory pre-arrival digital check-in form prior to arrival. This form includes providing personal details such as your full name, contact information, and date of birth, along with uploading a valid ID and a selfie for verification purposes. Completing this in advance allows us to prepare for your arrival and helps avoid any delays at check-in.
