High speed internet, bed linen and regular towels (please pack your own beach towels) is included in the rental The space The living space is open plan and contemporary in design with comfy seating and a Smart TV, if you can bear to look away from the scenery — just remember your Apple/Netflix logins! A dining area seats up to six and the lounge area is positioned by the French doors that open to the balcony - with those all-important uninterrupted sea views and the soothing sound of the waves. The well equipped kitchen includes a gas hob, oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave and washing machine/tumble dryer. Tea, coffee, sugar, milk, washing up & dishwasher detergent, kitchen and cleaning items, rubbish bin liners, hand soap and toilet paper included in the rental price. There is also a table and 4 chairs to enjoy the sea views - perfect for self catering holidays. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and an ensuite shower room. The second bedroom is a twin and also has a fitted wardrobe. Both bedrooms have excellent mattresses for good night's sleep and ample storage facility. There is a handy utility cupboard in the hallway with an iron, cleaning equipment, fold away chairs & picnic table to take to the beach and a bike rack in our parking bay to store your bikes. Main bathroom has a bath, wash basin and toilet. All linen and regular towels are included (please pack your beach towels). Central heating and plenty of hot water always available. Baby travel cot, changing mat & high chair available to use free of charge if you're travelling with a tot. Due to safety & hygiene we do not supply bed linen for the baby travel cot so please bring your own. Please ask about our house keeping and other additional services which are available at additional charge. There is an allocated parking space in the gated car park (suitable for a medium sized car). Sovereign Harbour Marina, just a short drive or a very pleasant stroll along the seafront promenade, has wide range of shops, cafes, cinema, large supermarket and exquisite range of international cuisine. Eastbourne town centre, with its theatres, multiscreen Cineworld, Towner Art Gallery and a wider selection of shops is a quick 5 minutes drive. The bus stop, at the top of our road, offers regular service to Eastbourne town centre & train station and easy connections to Brighton, Hastings, direct train to Gatwick Airport, London & Ashford International (Eurostar service to Europe) and many other attractions. So no need to use your car and stress about finding parking spaces. Golf Courses and sailing clubs within walking distance. Nearby interesting places to visit are: Seven Sisters Country Park, Beachy Head, Cow Gap Shore, Fishing Mark and Birling Gap not to be missed! Brighton and Hastings easily accessible by train or 30 minute drive. Pevensey Castle and Pevensey Bay (where William the Conqueror landed in 1066) is 5 min drive. The many attractions in Kent, like Hever Castle, Leeds Castle, Tunbridge Wells, Sissinghurst and the White Cliffs of Dover are also worth a visit and great days out. There are steps up to the main front door, but if mobility is an issue and you want to avoid stairs, you can use the ramp directly from the carport into the building and the lift in the hallway Other things to note Please be considerate to our neighbours. Other residents live permanently in our building. We kindly ask that you please keep noise to a minimum — especially in the evenings, overnight, and early mornings. Complaints from neighbours for loud or disruptive behaviour, will result in you being asked to vacate the property immediately with no refunds given. Please never allow any of the apartment doors nor the glass door downstairs to slam shut. Children must be supervised at all time while in the apartment, in the building and communal outdoor areas. Children are prohibited from playing with the elevator in the building nor play with/ride on the black metal electric gates to the carport. Smoking or the use of electronic cigarette/Vaping is strictly prohibited in the apartment, on the balcony or within the communal areas of the building.
