Early check-in subject to availability. - Check-out: By 10:00 AM sharp. Late check-out may incur additional charge. - Please ensure checkout is on time to help us prepare for the next guest. 2. Guest Occupancy & ID Policy - Valid Govt. ID for all guests must be submitted at least 24 hours before check-in. This is mandatory per local law. - Owner reserves the right to cancel bookings if IDs are not provided, with no refund. - Only registered guests are allowed on the property. Maximum occupancy: 9 guests. - No unlisted guests, day visitors, or unauthorized persons allowed at any time. - Extra guests require approval after booking confirmation. Extra guest charges apply 3. General Property Rules - Quiet hours: 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. No loud music, speakers, or noise during this time. - No smoking or vaping inside the villa. Violations attract deep cleaning charges apply. - No parties or unauthorized events without prior written permission. - This is a residential property. Please respect neighbours and community rules. 4. Kitchen & Cleanliness - No cooking allowed inside the villa. - Guests must wash and clean all utensils used during stay. Utensil cleaning is not included. - Excessive mess, stains, or damage will incur cleaning charges. - Shoes must be removed before entering living areas. 5. Swimming Pool Safety - Pool hours: 6:00 AM to 9:00 PM only. Do not use beyond this time. - Use the pool at your own risk. No lifeguard on duty. Owner assumes no liability for injury or accidents. - Children must be supervised by an adult at all times. - Proper swimming costumes are mandatory. No cotton clothes, streetwear, or jeans in pool. - No diving, running, or glassware in pool area. - Do not enter the pool under the influence of alcohol. - Consumption of food or alcohol near the pool is not allowed. 6. Damages & Liability - Guests are responsible for their own safety, behaviour, and belongings. - Cost of any damage, breakage, theft, or missing items will be charged to the guest. - Please lock all doors and windows when leaving. We are not responsible for loss of valuables. - CCTV operates at entrance/exterior for security purposes only. No cameras inside the villa. 7. Other Important Notes - Power & Water: Please switch off AC, lights, geyser, and fans when leaving rooms. Water is scarce. Use responsibly. - WiFi: For fair personal use only. No illegal downloads or streaming. Password shared at check-in. - Parking: Only 1 car parking available. Park at owner’s risk. - Pets: Not allowed, unless approved in writing. - Lost Key/Access Card: ₹5000 replacement charge. - Illegal Activity: Drugs or any unlawful activity will result in immediate eviction and police action.
