The house is in a very quiet condominium, quiet and overlooking the sea. The condominium has 24-hour security and access to the cafe beach (trail) The property has 3 suites, all with air conditioning and strong gas shower, living room with TV and air conditioning. On the land is the leisure area with a swimming pool and hot tub, shower, barbecue, ping-pong table, hammock for relaxing and an extensive lawn with garden. Note: Access to the house by stairs, not suitable for a wheelchair user. Other things to note The house is not suitable for wheelchair users because the access is by stairs
