The space This is a basement studio apartment with private access from the back yard of the main house. The space is completely separate from the main residence. Easily accessible and minutes from I-40, Lake Dardanelle, Arkansas Nuclear One, Monument mountain biking trails, and other Russellville amenities. The pool area and outdoor space is shared with the residents but we will respect your privacy. There is no cook top in the kitchenette but there is a large toaster oven, microwave, and a hot plate available for cooking. You also have access to the outdoor kitchen which offers a gas grill, stove, and sink. Guest access Park in the driveway to unload luggage. Follow the stepping stones to access the apartment. Push the button to enter the gate to the backyard. Access to the rental space is under the deck, by the porch swing. After you're moved in, we ask that you park on Castlerock Drive, just north of the detached garage. The rest of the house (upstairs) is the owners' main residence so they are on-site if needed. Other things to note The home is within a gated neighborhood. The gates close at 8:00PM and you will need a code or a remote control to enter after that time. The owner will provide a temporary access code or loan a remote. The rental space is not handicapped accessible. Russellville is in a dry county. If guests desire alcoholic beverages, you'll need to bring your own or grab some on your way to town. The closest liquor store is located in Blackwell, AR in Conway County, a 30-minute drive east on I-40. However, there are several private clubs and restaurants in Russellville.
