The pool area and outdoor space is shared with the residents but we will respect your privacy. There is no cook top in the kitchenette but there is a large toaster oven, microwave, and a hot plate available for cooking. You also have access to the outdoor kitchen which offers a gas grill, stove, and sink. Park in the driveway to unload luggage. Follow the stepping stones to access the apartment. Push the button to enter the gate to the backyard. Access to the rental space is under the deck, by the porch swing. After you're moved in, we ask that you park on Castlerock Drive, just north of the detached garage. The rest of the house (upstairs) is the owners' main residence so they are on-site if needed. We are available by phone or text at all times but will respect your privacy. A friendly, gated community with large lots and beautiful, 180-degree views of Lake Dardanelle, Mt. Nebo, and the River Valley. Also, stunning sunrise and sunset views. Quick access to I-40. All Russellville amenities including shopping, restaurants, fishing, hiking and mountain bike trails can be quickly accessed within a short drive from the neighborhood. Illinois Bayou Park and Lake Dardanelle access are located within a mile from the property. Boat and trailer can be parked overnight on Castlerock Drive, adjacent to the property. Also, Lake Dardanelle State Park offers kayak and paddleboard rental. The home is within a gated neighborhood. The gates close at 8:00PM and you will need a code or a remote control to enter after that time. The owner will provide a temporary access code or loan a remote. The rental space is not handicapped accessible. Small, well-trained pets, less than 20 lbs, will be considered for short-term rental only (<1 week), with prior approval. Message, prior to check-in, for approval. Pets must be crated when left alone. Russellville is in a dry county. If guests desire alcoholic beverages, you'll need to bring your own or grab some on your way to town. The closest liquor store is located in Blackwell, AR in Conway County, a 30-minute drive east on I-40. However, there are several private clubs and restaurants in Russellville.
