Guests are welcome to enjoy the designated outdoor garden area and grounds directly in front of the property. Please note that the surrounding fields and paddocks are used for horses and are not available for guest access. The property does not offer a private terrace. Pet-Friendly Accommodation We welcome well-behaved dogs by prior arrangement, with a maximum of two dogs per booking. To protect our horses and ensure everyone's safety, we kindly ask guests to observe the following: Dogs must remain on leads when outside. Pets are only permitted within the designated guest grounds directly in front of the property. Dogs are strictly prohibited from entering the surrounding fields, paddocks or areas occupied by horses. Dogs must not approach, chase or disturb the horses. Guests and children must not enter the horse fields or equestrian areas. We appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain a safe and peaceful countryside environment. Secure Gated Access & Private Parking Our property benefits from secure electric-gated access, providing guests with additional privacy and peace of mind. Free private parking is available on-site. Guests receive an access code before arrival, allowing convenient entry and exit throughout their stay. The studio has its own private entrance, giving guests independence and privacy.
