An attractive private cottage is situated under the forest above the village of Annín, near the Otava River, 8 km from Sušice on the border of the Šumava National Park. Great place for a vacation for a large family and a party of friends. Maximum capacity 10 people. Accommodation is also possible with dogs, the property is fenced. Fully fenced property at the end of the local road, safe for your children and four-legged pets. The space On the ground floor of the brick cottage, there is a large living room with a sofa, fireplace and wood stove. The living room is connected by a French window to a terrace with a seating area. The kitchen is equipped with a kitchen unit, dining area, wood stove, electric stove, kettle, dishwasher, microwave. The kitchen is followed by a separate pantry with a refrigerator. On the ground floor there is also a shower with a sink, a separate toilet, a pantry and a handy wood storage. There are three bedrooms upstairs. A large bedroom with four beds, an extra bed and a balcony with seating and two smaller bedrooms with three and two beds. The property includes a fenced garden and seating with a fireplace and grill. Firewood is available. Parking is possible in the fenced garden. The cottage is non-smoking and is not intended for parties. Guest access Guests can use the entire building and garden. Other things to note The building is heated by a wood stove, there is plenty of wood ready on site and the house is comfortably warm.
