Midhope Lodge Luxury Barn Conversion with hot tub

Our luxury barn conversion featuring a log burner and hot tub is furnished to a high standard. We have quality appliances including a dishwasher, washing machine, large smart TV, ironing facilities, and a hair dryer. Outside there is a sun deck overlooking fields with a patio set for 6 people. There is a playhouse for children, a wood-fired pizza oven, a BBQ, and a hot tub for up to 6 people. Free Wi-Fi. EV charging point for electric cars (electricity is charged at cost). The space On the ground floor we have an entrance hall with cloak room and WC. Leading off is the living room with smart TV, leather sofas, log fire and oak beams. Next door is the dining room with panoramic views over the adjoining fields. A serving hatch leads to the kitchen where there is a full size oven, 4 ring stove and fridge/freezer. The utility room is adjoining and has large dishwasher, washing machine and ironing facilities. A door leads out to the outdoor guest deck and patio. On the first floor we have the master bedroom with king size 4 poster bed, ensuite shower room and dressing room with lap top safe. The single bedroom is next door with the family shower room opposite. A further double bedroom is accessed via the second single bedroom. We have a travel cot, High chair and baby bath on request. Maximum of 2 dogs allowed (£8 per night each). Guest access There is parking at the front for several cars, and an EV charge point is available. At the rear, there is a large patio with a wood-fired pizza oven and BBQ. There is also an enclosed deck with patio table and seating for 6. A large 2-story playhouse and toys are available for children. Our hot tub seats up to 6 people and is available all year round. Other things to note Midhope Lodge is part of a small holding often with a few sheep and chickens. Eggs available most times. Free Wi-FI Electric Vehicle charge point. Electricity is charged at cost. Up to 2 dogs allowed which must not be allowed upstairs. Supplement applies. We sometimes have livestock on the back field. Please keep your pets under control so as not to endanger our animals. Long term bookings are allowed and are heavily discounted. Please note that no maid service is provided during your stay. A spare set of bedding and towels may be provided upon request.
