The beautiful Feniglia beach is 5 minutes by car. The villa is located up on a hill over the village and has a stunning view over the archipelago. The main villa comprises on the ground floor a large and comfortable living room with fireplace and dining area, one single bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a characteristic kitchen; on the upper level 2 spacious double bedrooms, one single bedroom and two bathrooms. From an outer entrance you access to another double bedroom with en-suite bathroom. The building is surrounded by a large garden with a patio with table, chairs and armchairs and a stunning swimming pool with sun beds and loungers. An outbuilding with its own equipped patio can host up to 4 people: this extension comprises a cozy living room with kitchenette, 2 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The location is ideal not only to enjoy the beach life but it is also convenient to enjoy the Maremma countryside.
