The house is quietly located in a southern district of Braunschweig. In addition to a living room with 2 armchairs and an upper bedroom with a double bed, a toilet and sink are at your disposal. The rooms are lockable. We share the bathroom with shower and the kitchen. Public transport and highways are quick to reach. A grocery store, bakery with café, restaurants and a swimming lake are very close. The space The train station and city center can be reached by bus in 10 or 20 minutes. The A39 (towards Hannover, Wolfsburg/Berlin) is 3 minutes away by car. Guest access On the upper floor of the single-family house there is 1 living room with 2 armchairs and in the attic 1 bedroom with 2 beds. This includes 1 toilet and sink for your own use. The rooms are lockable. The shower is available for joint use. The kitchen, conservatory and garden can also be used. During your stay I am happy to help with directions, orientation and other tips. Other things to note The rooms are accessed by space-saving stairs and are not suitable for the disabled and small children.
