We have a carport that can store 8 cars and a driveway large enough to store your boat. We do our best to make sure our guests enter a clean comfortable home with most amenities you’d have at home. We have a beautiful salt water pool in a screened in porch area. Beautiful granite bar to hang out and enjoy your company. The Boat ramp access to Lake Monroe, which is one of the lakes that makes up the St. John's river system is right down the road from the house. Before you get to the boat ramp there is a public basketball and tennis courts and a playground for the kids, they also have grills if you want to have a cookout/picnic, you can go on a hike little hike through the path in the woods which will bring you to the Lake Monroe. Little farther down is one of the few sulfur springs around, it’s a sight to see! Guests that stay in our home are usually going to the parks, Daytona, beaches,kids sports games or visiting family. Grocery store is right up the street, along with gas station, subway, McDonald's and an I hop. We also have a few local restaurants that are really good. Guest access Our guests have access to the entire home, large driveway, screened in in-ground salt water pool with a beautiful bar to enjoy. Other things to note No parties/events/get togethers are allowed at our house. Only guests that the house is reserved for are allowed on property Any unregistered guests will be asked to leave. Host will cancel your reservation and evict you if rules are not followed. When the end of your stay nears all your trash (trash must be in bags) and recycling is to be placed in the proper containers outside. The dishes that you and your party used are to be cleaned Any pool toys are to be removed
