Description

In Natendorf, one of the most beautiful villages in the Heath region between Lüneburg and Uelzen, lies the 119 square meter holiday home. Idyllically located on the edge of the forest, the former house teacher's house is part of a listed farm complex, with half-timbered houses from the 17th, 18th and 19th centuries. century, which is being renovated with enthusiasm by the owners. The Hauslehrerhaus, renovated in 2016, is ideal for families with children. The vacation home has a large, exclusive garden with southern sun. The space In 2016, the Hauslehrerhaus was carefully renovated with ecological and historical building materials. In the entrance area and in the lower bathroom, guests enter historic clay tiles. The spacious living room, the eat-in kitchen and the three bedrooms give whitewashed pine planks a Scandinavian cozy charm. Clay plaster and diffusion-open silicate paints ensure a good indoor climate. In the living room, a so-called Swedish stove can be fired. The cozy warmth rises throughout the house. Upstairs are two bedrooms, a small, simple bathroom with shower and toilet and a long hallway with built-in closets. The larger of the two bedrooms is equipped with a 1.80 x 2 meter bed and an additional single bed. Three people can stay here, for example parents with a child. An additional travel cot for babies or toddlers, which can be requested from the landlords, can also be comfortably accommodated here. The second bedroom has a 1.80 x 2 meter bed. In the basement, a third, much smaller bedroom with a 1 x 2 meter wide bed can accommodate one person. The bathroom in the basement is planned as a family bathroom with a spacious shower, a large sink, a deep dresser and a washing machine. The open kitchen/living room is fully equipped. Common spices, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, flour, salt and sugar are available. Shopping facilities (Edeka, Aldi, Lidl as well as stationery, fashion, toys) are available in Bad Bevensen, Bienenbüttel and Ebstorf, no more than 10 km away. Two terraces designed with historic paving stones invite you to linger. Both terraces are in the morning sun. At noon you can look at the south-facing terrace in the garden exclusively belonging to the holiday home with old fruit trees and rhododendrons. Right behind the fence, the forest begins with tall beech trees and oaks. In the afternoon and evening, you can end the day with a cup of tea on the north-facing terrace. From here you have a view of the listed courtyard. After extensive work on the outdoor facilities (a slurry pit and a manure pit have given way to spacious lawns, paths and beds in 2018), the garden is now greener and more beautiful every year. The former tutor's house is a place of rest. Here you can switch off and relax. A place for individualists. For nature lovers and monument protectors. Guest access Children are very welcome to use our large trampoline and sandbox. Other things to note We are happy to provide excursion and shopping tips! We share our best-of the last 5 years :-)
