Exclusive apartment on Lake Taching The space Welcome to Lake Tachingen! Our exclusive apartment (2 rooms) is ideal for 2-3 people and is located in a quiet and well-kept location. Included are: satellite TV, Internet (Wi-Fi) and telephone (landline Germany), kitchen block with dishes (fridge, stove, coffee machine, other kitchen appliances), spacious balcony, final cleaning, towels, bed linen, electricity, water and separate entrance. Laundry fee, towel change every 7 days, linen every 14 days. It is only a few minutes to the beach on Lake Tachinger See. Our house is located in a village with a pronounced holiday character, so we ask for your understanding that we do not accept rentals to fitters. In addition, we ask that only those guests arrive who have also reserved. We will reject guests who deviate from this. This also applies if the reserved number of guests is exceeded. Please note when making your reservation that a third person in the apartment is subject to a fee. The visitor's tax is €1.25 per person per day from June 1st to August 31st, otherwise €0.75 per person per day and must be paid separately. Other things to note For longer stays (from one week): The guest is responsible for the weekly thorough cleaning, especially of the bathroom and the kitchen. Cleaning materials and tools can be provided. Alternatively, a weekly cleaning service can also be offered. The costs for this are €35/week.
