This is the back portion of a split level shared house. It opens on a big and nice backyard. It has a separate entrance, laundry, full kitchen and fireplace. All amenities are within 5 mins drive, grocery is 5 mins walk. A large open green space with kids park and soccer field as fell as free tennis court (converted into a free ice rink during winter) is less than 5 mins walk. Situated close to 3 major highways means that you are close to all of GTA. Public transport is also easily accessible. The space The back apartment has lot of high end improvements. Starting from a beautifully finished kitchen to nice hardwood floors and a functioning gas fireplace. It is well lit and opens on to a large back yard. If you are coming at the end of June or early July you can expect to pick organic cherries off 3 mature fruit bearing trees with low and accessible branches. At the same time black mulberries mature and you can again pick and enjoy organic black mulberries. Closer to October apples ripen on two apple tree and so do fresh grapes. We are continuously upgrading and improving and hope that you will enjoy your stay with us. Guest access There are no restrictions. Please live it to the fullest.
