Cozy cottage on a 19th-century farm

Welcome to the cottage at our 19th-century farm. Here you can experience an idyllic countryside life close to swimming spots and beautiful nature. There are outdoor seating areas with morning and evening sun, offering lovely views of pastures. Within easy reach, you can experience all of Tjörn and Bohuslän. Enjoy everything from refreshing ocean swims and hiking to culture, shopping, and great food. A grocery store is located in Kållekärr, just 2 minutes away by car. The space The cottage is approximately 86 sqm spread over two floors. There is one bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room/kitchen. The ground floor features a hallway, a bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, and an open-plan living room. The kitchen has everything needed to cook your own dinners. The upper floor features a bedroom and a loft. Hallway and bathroom newly renovated in the summer of 2026. Sleeping arrangements: 5 beds Ground floor: Sofa bed in the living room/kitchen (140 cm) Upper floor:Bedroom with a double bed (210 cm) + single bed (90 cm) Bed linen are included. Enjoy the two outdoor seating areas surrounded by the rural farm environment. Guest access Private parking and entrance. You will have access to the entire house except for one separate room on the ground floor.This room is used as a laundry room by us who live on the farm, and it has its own separate entrance.The door between the laundry room and the cottage will remain locked during your stay. We will do our absolute best to avoid doing laundry during your stay so we do not disturb you. Other things to note Private well, please conserve water during dry periods Chickens and roosters are located in a nearby building. One of the patios is not suitable for toddlers, but it can easily be blocked off during your stay. Some road noise may occur. EV charging is available, please contact us for more information.
