Tiny room with a beach sauna

Hear the song of the blackbird in the summer night. A tiny, modest, idyllic room of 8m2 in connection with the lakeside sauna. Double sofa bed. Spacious terrace with lake view of Lake Saimaa. Washing in the sauna (1 1/2 hour sauna shift). Sand-based beach and pier area. There are 3 separate swimming areas: a shallow beach, a dock area and a sauna beach. The beach sauna is located in the courtyard of a magnificent villa. Beautiful garden, private area surrounded by forest. Barbecue area. Outdoor wood-fired sauna. Microwave, kettle. The space The property is located on the idyllic shores of Lake Saimaa. In front of our villa area runs the Lake Saimaa boat route from Mikkeli to Anttola village center. There is also a kayaking route from Anttola to Ristiina or even to Mikkeli. Our private paradise is a peaceful and very beautiful area, the best that Lake Finland has to offer. The entire area is closed to outsiders. We respect the peace of nature - disturbing noise is prohibited. Instead, we listen to the song of the black grouse and the swan, the cooing of the black grouse, and the lapping of the waves. The sauna cabin has electricity. Washing during your own sauna shift, in addition, there is a yard shower behind the sauna. The ecologically composting outdoor toilet is behind the sauna cabin, about 15 m. Electricity. Bio-composting toilet (outhouse). You can bring your own bed linen or ask us (10 euros for two). We hope that the apartment is basically cleaned after the visit, in which case the final cleaning fee is 20 e. Otherwise, a 30€ cleaning fee. You can have your own bedclothes or take ours (10 euros for 2 people). You should clean the room at the end of your visit to have a 20 e cleaning fee - otherwise final cleaning 30 euros. We charge a 100 e security deposit in case of any damage. Refundable to your bank account after your visit if there are no items to compensate. 100 euros security deposit...refundable into your bank account if nothing to compensate. Guest access Guests will have their own small bedroom in the sauna cabin. Sauna shift 1 1/2 hours. The beach sauna has its own fine sandy beach. Guests have access to a shared barbecue area (including their own barbecue charcoal), a jetty terrace, and the actual beach and beach garden. The owner uses the beach sauna between 6:00 pm and 8:00 pm, unless otherwise agreed as an additional service. The villa and the terraces of the villa used by the owner family are not available to the beach sauna guests. Berries, fruits and other crops in the kitchen garden are not intended for visitors. There are dogs in the area. The area is a private area where outsiders do not have access. The villa area has recording camera and video surveillance. NO DANGEROUS animals in the area! Other things to note Linen and final cleaning are not included in the room rate. They are paid upon arrival. In addition, a security deposit of 100 euros will be charged, which is refundable.
