Nice holiday home with Mediterranean garden in Cala Millor

Official holiday rental license for Mallorca is available (registration number ETV / 4429). Our attractive, very well-kept holiday home on Mallorca, with a plot of more than 500m2, is located in Cala Millor, on a side street with hardly any traffic. The center, the pedestrian zone and the beach are only a few minutes' walk away. From the two covered terraces, where you can spend cozy hours, go directly into the beautiful Mediterranean garden. The house has 3 bedrooms for 5 people, 2 bathrooms, a living room with fireplace, bedroom with air conditioning, gas central heating, WiFi internet, satellite TV and a large roof terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped and also has a dishwasher. Washer, dryer, bed linen and towels are also provided. Two cots and two highchairs can be ordered in advance free of charge. Pets are not allowed. Smoking is not a problem, but please only outside the house. On foot you are in 10 minutes (approx. 650m) on the beautiful 1.5 km long, fine sandy and gently sloping sandy beach with the turquoise blue water and the beautiful beach promenade. Parking is available directly on the property. Cala Millor has a very nice more than 1.5 km long fine sandy beach, a very nice beach promenade with many shops, numerous cafes and restaurants and therefore this holiday resort on the east coast of Mallorca is one of the most popular holiday destinations for the whole family. In Cala Millor and the surrounding area you will find a large number of activities and sights for a varied and entertaining Mallorca vacation. Cala Bona with a small idyllic fishing port and also the scenic nature reserve Punta de n'Amer adjacent to Cala Millor with the Castell and the very beautiful view are always worth a visit. There are 4 golf courses within a 10 km radius of Cala Millor (Club Son Servera, Pula Golf, Canyamel Golf, Capdepera Golf).
