Welcome to the heart of the Po Valley! This cozy apartment in Paesana is the ideal base for families, couples or friends (up to 4 guests) who want to explore the wonders of Monviso. Whether you're here to ski at Pian Munè, go hiking, or simply relax, this house will offer you all the comfort you need. The space The real jewel of the house is the private garden with a beautiful panoramic view of Monviso, the perfect place to enjoy an outdoor breakfast, breathe in the clean mountain air, or relax in the sun after a day of sports. The apartment has a master bedroom with a comfortable double bed and a comfortable double sofa bed in the living room, which is quick and easy to open. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare lunches and dinners in total autonomy, just like at home. To make your stay practical and stress-free, we provide private covered parking to protect your car from summer weather or frost. A dedicated and reserved outdoor area where you can conveniently store your snow gear. For cyclists, there is a special bicycle rack, ideal for parking bikes neatly and safely with your own lock. The apartment is in a quiet and scenic area, just a few minutes by car from the center of Paesana, where you will find supermarkets, bars, restaurants and bakeries with excellent local products. You will be in a strategic location to reach Pian del Re, Pian della Regina, the sources of the Po, and the wonderful hiking trails and routes around the Re di Pietra. In winter, you will be a very short distance from the ski slopes, snowshoe trails, and the Pian Muné and Pian della Regina mountain lodges. Full bathroom with shower, hairdryer, washing machine (ideal for longer stays or after excursions), and a set of fresh towels for each guest. Wi-Fi included and independent heating. I will be happy to welcome you in person from 3:00 PM to show you the house, give you the keys, and provide you with the best advice about the area. Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment (only allowed outside in the garden). Pets are not allowed as we share the house with Lucio, a very good but very wary kitten. No parties or events are allowed, and please respect the neighbors' quiet hours at night.
