Welcome to the vacation home "Eifel Horizont - Auszeit mit Weitblick" in a quiet location on the outskirts of Neuheilenbach. The family-friendly cottage can accommodate up to 6 people + a baby/toddler. Look forward to 3Bd, 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with a pellet stove, Wi-Fi, and a recreation area with a billiard table, a foosball table, and a game room. Terrace with barbecue, parking space right by the house. Ideal starting point for hikes and recreation in the Eifel. The space On the ground floor, you will find a cozy living room with a pellet stove, a flat-screen TV (Waipu TV & Netflix use possible), a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, as well as a bedroom with two single beds 90 x 200 cm (which can also be comfortably arranged as a double bed) and a modern bathroom with a toilet and a large walk-in shower. Very narrow staircase to the 2nd floor (stair guard for children available). Upstairs are two more bedrooms (1x XXL bed 200x220cm, 1x bed 160x200cm), a second bathroom, a cozy reading corner, and a large recreation area with a pool table and a foosball table. There is also a separate playroom available for children. Amenities also include WiFi, washing machine, dryer, baby cot and high chair. In front of the house, a terrace with seating and a stainless steel swivel grill invites you to spend relaxing hours outdoors. A car parking space is right by the house; additional free parking spaces are available very close by. The rear garden area is not part of the cottage and should not be entered. Pets, parties and smoking are not allowed in the vacation home. The great location on the outskirts is the ideal base for hikes, bike rides and relaxing vacation days in the Eifel. Guest access Check-in is contactless. You will receive a message 24 hours before your arrival with the 4-digit code to open a key safe from which you can take the key to the vacation home. The lockbox is located right next to the front door. Other things to note Please understand that pets are unfortunately not allowed in our vacation home at this time. We would also like to point out that parties, smoking and excessive alcohol consumption with people who are not registered as guests in the accommodation are expressly prohibited. Violations of these house rules may result in the immediate termination of the lease and removal from the property. Please note that the owner lives in the immediate neighborhood. Visits by family members or friends are generally possible, but should be arranged in advance with the landlord. All damage caused during the stay must be reported to the landlord immediately and, if necessary, compensated. The condition of the house is documented before and after each stay by our independent cleaning team. In the event of damage, a corresponding damage report will be drawn up, which can also be used to enforce claims if necessary. For organizational reasons of our external cleaning staff, the check-out instructions and the agreed arrival and departure times must be strictly observed. In the event of significant violations, we reserve the right to subsequently invoice the resulting additional expenses.
