The space This cozy comfortable retreat sits on over an acre of lush greenery and gardens within close proximity and the conveniences of Coonabarabran and also en route to the Siding Spring Observatory and Warrumbungle Mountain Range. Surrounded by established trees and vibrant birdlife you'll find 4 inviting and comfortable bedrooms (3 upstairs), three bathrooms (1 downstairs) and a large chefs kitchen with all the modern conveniences and appliances you could need. No dirt access roads or town traffic noise at this oasis in country NSW. The expansive lawns and various garden rooms offer plenty of space for children and adults alike, or just a peaceful breakout areas to paint, read a book or have a private chat if thats your preference. The spacious verandah overlooking the garden lets you saviour a quiet early morning coffee or tea watching the sunrise and also an evening wind down with a sundowner or 2. Relax in the outdoor undercover lounge with outdoor cinema and hot tub of an evening or enjoy an alfresco dinner under the stars followed by a hot chocolate by the fire pit (see below) or an afternoon game of Pickleball on the grass court (available 15 October 2026 onwards). Inside there is a wood fire to keep the whole house warm (wood included) in the cooler months, ceiling fans and aircon in the summer, plus each room has an eclectic world traveller inspired decor adding a sense of old world adventure and intrigue to the space. Please note : to preserve the peaceful nature of the property loud parties or events are not permitted here. *** Fire Pit with chairs set up and wood for one night is provided for you. Lo Guest access The house sits on a larger property with other residences that are fenced off. Guests are kindly asked to stay within the boundaries of the designated fenced yard. If in doubt please reach out prior to or during your stay. Please note, we can only allow three cars per booking on the property. Other things to note Please ensure that you have a clear and current photo on your profile before booking. There are safety and security cameras monitoring the outside areas of this property including the driveway and carport. We cannot accommodate for your animals under any circumstances as there is livestock in adjoining fields and the fencing is not small animal proof. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times whilst on the property we want all guests to have a safe and peaceful stay.
