Welcome to our place Come and relax in South Moravia – in our cottage right by the pond, a short distance from the Vranov Dam. Mornings with coffee under a willow tree, afternoons by the water, and evenings under the pergola by the grill or fire await you. A place where you can forget the hustle and bustle for a while and return to the magic of a vacation at Grandma's. The cottage is ideal for families with children, groups of friends, cyclists and fishermen (catch and release 150 CZK/day/rod). There's a fenced garden, a pergola, a grill, a fire pit, a sandbox, and a swing. The space What's the situation here? The heart of the cottage: A cozy living room with a fully equipped kitchen for spending time together and dining. It includes a full-size fold-out bed for 2 people. Bedrooms: 3 separate rooms that provide plenty of privacy for everyone. Large family room: The largest room in the cottage exudes the atmosphere of old-fashioned country vacations. You'll find a comfortable double bed and two single beds, making it ideal for a family with children or a group of friends. The room is furnished in the spirit of the old days — wood, cozy details, and a calm atmosphere create a place where you like to slow down. We managed to preserve the original ceiling in this room. The room also includes a smart TV, Wi-Fi, a closet, an armchair, and a table for moments of relaxation. Smaller four-bed room: A cozy little room with a double bed and a bunk bed offers comfortable sleeping for up to four people. The ideal setting for a family or children who want to enjoy a true cottage atmosphere. The room is equipped with a smart TV and shelves for storing things, and like the whole cottage, it's designed in a subtle country style. Attic room for two: The romantic attic room has its own unique charm. Small, cozy, and tucked under the roof of the cottage, it offers a quiet place to relax, where you can easily forget the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Here you'll find two single beds and two small windows overlooking the garden, which give the room a beautiful atmosphere at any time of day — in the morning with the first rays of sunlight and in the evening with the soft light of the lamps. The room is accessed via a spiral staircase, so it is not entirely suitable for small children or people with reduced mobility. Traditional living room: The heart of the cottage is the traditional living room, where the whole family and friends gather for shared moments after a day full of excursions. At the large table, you can enjoy dinner together, play board games, or relax in front of the TV. The living room retains the cozy atmosphere of a rural building and continues the character of the entire cottage. The room also includes a comfortable fold-out bed that can be used as a full-fledged bed for additional guests. Sanitary Comfortable amenities are provided by 2 bathrooms, each equipped with a shower and a toilet. Of course, soap, toilet paper, and clean hand towels and bath towels for each guest are included in the price of your stay. Other things to note Please note that during the main summer season (July–August), we only accept reservations for a minimum of 4 nights. For the rest of the year, it's 2 nights.
