Old school, brick villa built around 1900 in Kirchfembach near Langenzenn. Bright room on the ground floor with apple trees in front of the windows and kitchenette. Separate toilet and shower. Although it is an old house in a small village, there is fast Wi-Fi! 12 minutes by train from Fürth, 20 minutes to Nuremberg via the southwest tangent or Erlangen. The space When you enter the Alte Schule, you can leave everyday life behind, immerse yourself in the romantic-artistic atmosphere and completely relax. The building has been lovingly renovated without losing its original charm. On the ground floor, on the right side, is the approx. 35 square meter room with kitchenette, bed, table, closet and oven. In addition, a kitchenette with a sink and a gas stove is integrated into the room. Three windows reveal the surrounding trees. In the morning, the sun shines through the leaves into the room and you can start the day after a garden shower and a walk in the woods. NEW: since June 2021, there is a guest toilet and a beautiful shower on the first floor. BY THE WAY: the outside shower is cold and the ringing of the church bells can be heard in the house ;-) As a yoga teacher and choreographer, I am happy if you want to participate in a yoga class - on request.
