Beautiful newly refurbished self contained annexe

A very comfortable annexe which has recently been refurbished to a high standard with its own entrance, attached to a period house in a quiet village. The annexe is in a private position at the end of the house with parking and has lovely views over the garden and fields, where deer can be spotted! The annexe is conveniently located 10 minutes from Basingstoke and the M3, also close to North Hampshire Hospital, The Hampshire Clinic and AWE. The space The annexe comprises of one double bedroom (queen bed) on the first floor with an en-suite bathroom (with a bath and hand held shower attachment). There are stairs down the ground floor with a door to a sitting room with a sofa bed (4’6” to suit a child), dining area, smart TV and a small kitchenette containing a convection/grill/microwave oven, kettle, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine and fridge with fresh water and milk. Tea, coffee and sugar will be provided. There’s is a door to the garden where a small area will be available for use with a table and chairs. There is also use of the laundry room by the annexe with washing machine, tumble drier, iron and sink. WIFI is included. The space would ideally suit one person or a couple. For shorter stays a child could sleep on the sofa bed in the sitting room or on a foldaway bed upstairs in the bedroom. As the bedroom has stairs down to the ground floor and no door between the stairs until you reach the ground floor it would not suit a crawling infant or toddler who isn’t comfortable with stairs.
