Located on a slope of the mountain which surrounds the historical village of Kandanos, this villa is an ideal getaway all year long. It offers a luxury experience in complete harmony with nature and the traditional spirit of the famous small villages of Western Crete. It’s a modern two-stored mansion located in a private land of 2.000 m2, maintaining the traditional architectural features, both inside and outside, while offering contemporary facilities to its guests. The space The villa consists of basement, ground and first floor. On entering the villa through a wooden door, you will find (Ground floor): a large dining area with a fireplace and a fully equipped kitchen (electric hobs, electric oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, filter coffee machine, dishwasher) and a small table for breakfast. There is also one room with two single beds which can be placed together as a double bed with en suite bathroom and a W.C. for visitors. In First floor: one double and one twin bedroom, one more bathroom and a small kitchenette with freeze and tab. Also in first floor there is a spectacular view working room with office desk, office chair and a small single bed. In the basement: one more bathroom and the laundry room. There are roofed patio and veranda with a breathtaking beautiful hillside view of the area. In the cozy sitting room, you will find lot of comfort, tranquility and space to relax in front of the main fireplace, reading a good book or enjoying a movie in the screen. In the courtyard, within a hillside view, it’s a perfect place to simply sit back under the huge old oak tree and enjoy the absolute silence and the peaceful nature and its magic during day and the starry sky during night, depending on the season. There is also one very small elevator for one or two persons serving the basement, the ground and the first floor. To reach the ground floor you need to step few steps.
