The private beach and the Nature Reserve provide tranquility and the ideal setting to unwind and enjoy one of the most beautiful places in the world. The Lodge functions as a large VIP box to see the whales from any point, from July to October. The two hosts live on the property, and you can count on them for whatever you need and to organize the activities you want to do. The space The Lodge consists of 3 rooms located in a comfortable Guest House built with wood from the region, with two dining rooms, two bathrooms, a deck overlooking the ocean, garden and hammocks. In addition, two cabins with private bathroom and balcony with stunning ocean views. You'll enjoy the natural luxury of 40 acres of pristine rainforest, crossed by rivers and magical waterfalls, as well as our exclusive, paradisiacal beach. Guest access Access to the Reserve is by boat from Nuquí Airport. It is a service with an additional cost. It lasts approximately 60-80 minutes, and it's part of the experience! Alimentación You can bring food and prepare your meals. Please note that there are no stores or restaurants within walking distance. You don't need to bring water; there are water filters in the kitchen. Food service has an additional cost and includes waitress service and some activities depending on the length of stay. We offer a complete and varied menu based on the region's typical seafood. Includes 3 meals a day with vegetarian options, plus a coffee station and snacks. Activities & Experiences We have attractions, hiking trails, and guided experiences on our property. We are a strategic location for whale watching, surfing, and diving. We also offer wildlife and flora trails, the Fantasma Waterfall, a visit to the hot springs, a descent of the Arusicito River in a traditional canoe, a Giant Trees trail, a Prehistoric Plants trail, artisanal fishing excursions to Cabo Corrientes, a visit to the communities, poisonous frog watching, snorkeling and kayaking. Other things to note What should I bring? A flashlight, waterproof bag for cell phone or camera, sunscreen, hat, insect repellent (although there are almost no mosquitoes), long-sleeved shirt and long pants for jungle hikes, and a waterproof jacket. For jungle hikes, we can lend you wading boots (sizes 35, 37, 39, 40, 41 and 44) or you can bring trekking shoes.
