The room features two comfortable double beds with quality bedding and air conditioning. Its private bathroom is equipped with a bathtub and bidet, offering added convenience for families and longer stays. Guests can enjoy their own private space while still having access to the property's welcoming shared areas. Traditional architectural elements, natural materials and the quiet countryside setting give the room a warm and distinctive atmosphere. Guests have access to a shared kitchen equipped for preparing meals, together with a common dining area where families and groups can gather. Guest access Guests have access to their reserved private room, as well as to the shared library, dining area, kitchen, courtyard, and terrace, which are common spaces available for all guests to enjoy. Access to the Jacuzzi and Sauna is available for an additional fee and must be requested at one day in advance so the necessary arrangements can be made. Details regarding building entry and parking access are sent on the day of check-in for your convenience and security. During your stay We respect our guests’ privacy but are always available if needed. You can easily reach us by phone or message for any questions, local tips, or assistance during your stay. Other things to note • The room is located in a traditional Romanian house, so please respect quiet hours between 9:00 PM and 8:00 AM. • A starter pack of essentials is provided (toilet paper, soap, shower gel, dish detergent, coffee capsules). Additional items can be purchased nearby. • Towels and linens are included; for longer stays, additional cleaning and fresh linens can be arranged upon request and for a fee. • Please note that mattress and pillow comfort can be subjective, we’ve selected quality materials for most guests’ preferences. • The room operates as a serviced accommodation, not a hotel, personalized service and privacy are part of the experience. • Please inform us immediately of any damage or maintenance issue so we can resolve it quickly. • We are a serviced accommodation, and therefore, in the very rare event that public utilities (such as water, electricity, or heating) are interrupted by local providers, please note that we do not have backup solutions for these services. However, we will always do our best to assist you and help resolve the situation as quickly as possible. • Only guests registered on Airbnb and who have completed the check-in process are permitted to access the property or its facilities. • Visitor Policy: External visitors are welcome only between 09:00 and 21:00, in order to respect the privacy and comfort of other residents. • Guest Verification: For security and legal reasons, a copy of a valid government ID or passport is required during the check-in process. • Noise & Events: Parties and events are strictly prohibited. Noise levels are actively monitored using sensors to maintain a peaceful environment for all guests and neighbors. • A penalty fee of 500 RON will be applied if smoking occurs inside the apartment or if parties are held on the premises. • Group Accommodation: As we manage multiple units within the same building, we can conveniently host larger groups or corporate travelers upon request.
