The space Located on the second floor of the building, Marita's Apartment - Dikastirion is a spacious 135 sq. m. apartment designed for families, groups of friends, business travelers, and longer stays. Access is via a short flight of stairs to the mezzanine, followed by an elevator to the second floor. The apartment comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests across two bedrooms, the spacious living area and the dining area. The master bedroom features a queen-size bed (160 × 200 cm), a dedicated workspace, air conditioning, a large wardrobe, and direct access to the front balcony. The second bedroom offers two single beds, air conditioning, a spacious wardrobe suitable for longer stays, and access to the same balcony. The bright living room provides additional sleeping space with one sofa, a Smart TV, and direct access to the front balcony. A separate dining area with a four-seat round table creates the perfect place to gather, while an additional sofa bed can accommodate one more guest. From here, you can access both the rear balcony and the kitchen.
