A cozy, newly refurbished bungalow, situated well away from busy roads on a working farm on the edge of the New Forest National Park. Pet friendly, with enclosed gardens surrounding the property. Views over farmland. Plenty of off road parking. Large farmhouse style kitchen/diner fully equipped. Zip and link bed allows for twin or double accommodation in the master bedroom. Infants can be provided for on request. Access via key safe, or meet and greet on request. The space Accommodation consists of: A lovely lounge overlooking open farmland with beautiful views. Two comfy leather sofas, a Welsh dresser where you will find a variety of games/puzzles and books. There is also a wood burner with a basket of wood supplied. The spacious open plan kitchen/diner is underfloor heated and fully equipped with built in induction hob, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher and large fridge freezer. Cupboards are stocked with a variety of oils, condiments and sauces. Tea and coffee are supplied as well as a pint of milk in the fridge. We also provide washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets and laundry capsules. Bedrooms are all provided with high quality luxury linens. The main bedroom has a super king bed which is zip and link so can be made into a twin room on request. The second bedroom contains a King sized bed. The smallest room contains a full sized set of bunk beds. All three bedrooms contain wardrobes with coat hangers and chests of draws. The bathroom is underfloor heated and has a full size bath with over-bath shower, wash hand basin and w/c. The bathroom is stocked with toilet rolls, hand soap, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner and bath soak. There is also a separate cloakroom with w/c and wash hand basin. You are provided with bath sheets, hand towels and face cloths. The front porch has hanging space for coats and room to leave muddy boots and shoes. There are also coat hooks in the rear lobby if you prefer to hang coats inside. There is plenty of off road parking to the front of the property. The property is surrounded by enclosed gardens and you may choose to eat al fresco style using the outdoors dining furniture supplied which is kept in the rear garden but can be moved to the front if you so desire. Or if you prefer sit round the large wooden bench table situated in the front garden. There is a charcoal BBQ available for use. Sitting in the garden watching the sunset is beautiful on a summers evening. The fully enclosed gardens allow both children and dogs to safely play. Pets are welcome although we would prefer they are kept in the hard floor areas (kitchen/dining area). Guest access Guests will have sole use of the entire property Other things to note Please note if you are bringing a dog(s) there will be an extra £5 per night for each dog which is payable on arrival. We are situated on a private estate so your own transport is essential. There is a farm open day each year usually on a Sunday in June. Guests will be able to participate in this free event if they so wish. Please be aware there will be visitors being shown round on this day so during the day it will not be as quiet as usual.
