Built for families, friends and small teams, the apartment accommodates four guests. Each guest has a proper 90 × 200 cm bed with a comfortable mattress, convenient lighting and space for personal items close at hand. The room can be fully blacked out for a good night’s sleep. The well-equipped kitchenette includes an electric hob, fridge with freezer, microwave, kettle and a Nespresso coffee machine with capsules, along with cutlery, dishes, pots and pans. A large table comfortably seats four and works equally well for meals or catching up on work. Fast Wi-Fi and a Smart TV are provided throughout your stay. The bathroom features a large shower, sink and WC, with ample storage and enough hooks for everyone. There’s also ample wardrobe and drawer space for four guests, helping keep luggage and clothes out of the way. Despite accommodating four guests, the apartment feels spacious and well organised. The apartment also includes a small terrace with seating. Fresh bed linen and towels are provided for every stay. We also provide the basics: coffee, tea, salt and pepper, toilet paper, dish soap and a sponge, plus shampoo and shower gel to get you started. A 2-in-1 washer and dryer is available in the building and is shared with other apartments. One standard parking space is included free of charge on the property behind the gate. Self check-in makes arrival straightforward and flexible. Whether you’re visiting family, working in the Piaseczno area or heading into Warsaw for concerts, events or sightseeing, the apartment makes a convenient base. Central Warsaw is about 45 minutes away by car. Guest access The entire apartment is yours for the stay. You're also welcome to use the 2-in-1 washer and dryer in the building (shared with other apartments), and one free parking space on the property, behind the gate, is reserved for you. The building sits on a large green plot — mostly open grass, kept simple rather than landscaped. Plenty of space and fresh air, just not a manicured garden. Other things to note The 2-in-1 washer and dryer is shared with other apartments in the building — please bring your own detergent. A travel crib and a baby high chair are available on request; just message us before arrival. The parking space is one standard-size spot, on the property behind the gate. The apartment is strictly smoke-free. A smoke alarm is installed. The apartment is professionally managed. We are happy to issue a VAT invoice (faktura) — prices include 8% VAT.
