Here, you will find the tranquillity of the countryside and the beauty of the Bologna hills, just a few minutes from the city centre. We are next to Villa Grifone, the historic home of Guglielmo Marconi. The space The apartment is located between the ground floor and the second floor and features: 1 bedroom with a double bed 1 double room with two single beds 1 very spacious bathroom with a shower and a bathtub 1 powder room on the ground floor 1 separate kitchen with dining area 1 living room with a sofa bed and an additional dining table The living area is spacious and bright, with a large living room of about 30 square metres. Outside, you'll find a comfortable space with chairs and a table for outdoor dining for up to 6 people. The adjacent garden is available to guests. Pets are welcome! The house is also perfect for families with children. Barbecue available by reservation (cost: €42.90). You can relax in the large, unheated swimming pool and hot tub with views of the hills, which are a 4-minute walk away. The swimming pool and hot tub are shared with guests from our other two properties: La Quercia and Ca' Palazzo. Seasonal opening from May 1 to the end of October, from 9:30 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. A tourist tax ranging from €1.50 to €2.50 per person per night is charged, depending on the cost of the stay.
