House with Terraces

This pretty detached house in a quiet friendly village, near to town, provides an ideal comfortable and well equipped base from which to explore the many beautiful local beaches, trails, restaurants and bars. With wonderful views in every direction you may walk or drive. The house is on one level, so no stairs to climb, and there are four terraces at the front, the back and the side providing shade or sun all day. The excellently stocked supermarket is a 15 minute walk or 3 minute drive away. The space There is a good sized front terrace for outside space and a wildlife friendly private back garden with multilevel terraces. This includes a pergola and an Olive tree. There are hoses and outside taps around the house to wash sand off of feet and there is an outside shower to cool off under after the beach. The bathroom is full but small and provides convenient shelving and hooks to keep towels and toiletries. There is a pretty view of the hills accross the Gulf of Argostoli from one of the terraces and a very peaceful and balmy night atmosphere. Outside space is lit for evening time.
