Our townhouse on one side and with a residence on the other, is located in a quiet area. Little traffic on the street. You are close to all amenities and located in the middle of a tourist area but also close to various forests. We have a garden with barbecue, recycled ping pong table, garden furniture and table available. We have a studio at the garage level that can be rented by other guests or occupied by us. The space Our accommodation is simple and functional. We are in a private room, i.e. we have a room available that can accommodate three people. On certain dates, we can leave our entire accommodation, which is why you have our 4 rooms in the photo. However, depending on the requests and our organization, we can make available two or three rooms. Accustomed to house swapping, we welcome you to our home and share our spaces to make great connections and simply provide a service. Guest access We welcome you with simplicity and friendliness. All common areas will be accessible to you: the kitchen, living room, garden and terrace. Please note, the veranda is located above the studio bedroom, from 10 p.m. onwards, limit your presence out of respect for everyone. Favor the living room and dining room. During your stay We work in a part-time manner, so we can arrange to accommodate you in the best possible way. We may, depending on the dates, be present or leave you the entire place. We don't speak other languages well, but we want to connect with you if you want to. Other things to note We try to live consciously, that is, with the greatest respect for people and nature. That's why we're sensitive to limiting waste, paying attention to consumption in general (water, energy, everyday purchases, etc.). We would appreciate it if, during your stay, this attention is shared as much as possible for you and thank you. We have a cat Loulou who will appreciate it if you open the door for him and give him some kibble. He goes out freely. He usually spends the night outside.
