The Cozy Calm Sanctuary

Relax in this calm, cozy, queen size room with exclusive ensuite and balcony. Though currently no cooking facilities provided, guests are free to come down to kitchen to use microwave and sink. TV and fridge are provided in the room. 1 min to shops and cafes. 20 min to Mater and Townsville Hospitals, Cowboys stadium, Magnetic Island ferry etc Laundry and washing lines in the backyard shared with owner, mostly lives on her own , works some days however still accessible via the air bnb app. The space Room is on the first floor of a townhouse. The townhouse is in a complex, Northshore Residences, in Burdell. There are plenty of parking spaces within the complex, labelled ‘ visitors’, guest can park on any one of them. Guests to avoid parking on the driveway to avoid the inconvenience of having to move their car every time the host comes and goes. Guests can make use of the swimming pool onsite. Guest access Access via main door on the side, there you will find a lockbox with keys, on your left ( right next to the night light). After unlocking,walk in through the living area, head up the stairs, the first door on your right is your sanctuary! During your stay Host will greet you in person as she lives here, she works most but not all days, however is easily accessible via the air BnB app. Will respect your privacy. Hosts appreciates a calm environment. Other things to note Smoking guests are NOT to smoke indoors at any time but rather make use of the exclusive balcony. Guests to access the backyard for laundry lines only. Guests have access to: 1- the Cozy Calm Sanctuary with it’s exclusive ensuite and balcony upstairs. 2- The laundry,( accessed via the pocket door in the living room), currently dryer installation pending. 3- The Kitchen, for: *microwave use(re-heating and convenience foods purposes only) *Use of toaster *use of sink( to rinse off used plates and cups etc) *use of the plastic bin if needed ( host will discard all bins) * Guests can leave neatly tied plastic bins from their room in a corner in the kitchen , host will discard. Guests have no access to the rest of the house apart from passing through areas like the living room to get to the laundry ,backyard for laundry lines and outside. Host shall do her best to ensure a positive experience for her esteemed guests. Host expects mutual respect with guests. Hosts expects guests to respect the space.
