Located 2 km from the beaches of Deauville/Trouville in a beautiful wooded park, it is the ideal place to enjoy the calm in the immediate vicinity of Deauville without facing. Right next to the racecourse and the equestrian centre (PIC). We can accommodate up to 4 people. We provide bicycles (bike path), a large trampoline for children and a swing. Linens are optional, you can bring your own or rent it to me (€10/sheet/pers. and €5/towel). The space Living room/living room with a large bay window overlooking a pond, equipped kitchen, one bedroom with a double bed and another with two single beds. Bed linen and towels are optional, you can bring yours or rent them to me (10€/bed linen/person and 5€/towel). I accept pets after prior request, and in this case the cleaning fee of €40 becomes mandatory. There is an extra 10€ for renting a single night. Electric charges are in addition, in winter and for stays of more than 3 nights, charged €0.30 per kilo/watt.
