The CALM Cottage - Transylvania

Căsuța cu CALM is our little escape from the rush of everyday life. We created it with lots of heart, as a place to slow down and rediscover the simple things: enjoying coffee at your own pace, nature, beautiful views, hammocks under the trees, and evenings around the fire. A panoramic terrace, an orchard, swings, a fire pit, a loft with a suspended hammock net, and a coffee corner with complimentary coffee are waiting for you. Find your own CALM: Connection • Authenticity • Lightness • Magic🤍 The space On the ground floor, the cottage features a warm and welcoming open-plan living area with a real wood-burning fireplace, a kitchenette, a coffee corner, and a bathroom. Upstairs, you’ll find a spacious, high-ceilinged attic with a bedroom featuring a 160 cm double bed and access to the loft, where there is another 160 cm bed. This floor is also home to our “Find Your Own CALM” room, designed for relaxation, with a variety of activities and a 160 cm sofa bed with a Relaxa mattress. Outside, you can enjoy the panoramic terrace, a covered terrace, a barbecue area, an amphitheatre-style fire pit, and a large swing overlooking the surrounding nature. Our orchard, filled with fruit trees, also offers shady spots for hammocks — perfect for reading, enjoying a coffee, or simply unwinding. Free parking is available on the property. Guest access Guests have access to the entire cottage and all outdoor areas of the property: the panoramic terrace, the covered terrace, the orchard with fruit trees and hammocks, the barbecue area, the amphitheatre-style fire pit, and the swing overlooking the surrounding nature. The property is accessible by car. The last approximately 200 metres are on an unpaved road, suitable for any regular car. Private parking is available inside the property. During your stay, the entire property is reserved exclusively for you, ensuring privacy and a peaceful stay. Other things to note Căsuța cu CALM is a place created for peace, relaxation, and time spent close to nature. We want every guest to enjoy this atmosphere and help preserve it for those who come after. Please respect quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM and avoid loud music, especially outdoors. Parties and noisy events are not permitted. Evenings around the fire, shared meals, and beautiful moments together are, of course, more than welcome. Smoking is not permitted indoors. You may smoke outside using the ashtrays provided. Please do not leave cigarette butts in the garden or in nature. The fireplace, fire pit, and barbecue must be used responsibly and only under supervision. Please make sure all fires are completely extinguished after use. Children are welcome but must be supervised by an adult, especially around the stairs, loft, hammock net, swings, and fire pit. Please take care of the furniture, amenities, items inside the house, and the orchard as you would a place you would love to return to. Before departure, please make sure all fires are completely extinguished and all windows are closed. And most importantly, enjoy the energy of this place: pause, breathe, recharge, dream… and find your own CALM.
