The space Built in 2024, Seacroft is set on a spacious 1,200sqm block in a quiet cul-de-sac, offering plenty of room to relax and enjoy your stay. The home features: 4 comfortable bedrooms 2 bathrooms Spacious, well-equipped kitchen Comfortable lounge room Dining area with a large 8-seater dining table Laundry with washing machine and clothes dryer Hairdryer and hair straightener Shampoo and body wash provided Outdoor shower, conveniently located near the laundry BBQ Large 10-seater outdoor dining setting Outdoor clothesline, plus a retractable clothesline in the garage The partially enclosed, grassed backyard provides plenty of space for children to play, run around or kick a ball, making Seacroft a great choice for families. 🚗 Parking: There’s plenty of parking available with two driveways, including: Double garage Additional room to park a boat or caravan in front of the shed Secure gated access to the rear parking area Please note: Caravans and camper trailers are not permitted to be parked on the front verge. Guest access Guests have full access to the house and outdoor areas during their stay. The shed is locked and is not available for guest access. There is also a locked storage room in the hallway near the lounge room, which is not accessible to guests. Please do not turn off or unplug any power cables behind the TV in the lounge room.
