Luxurious eco-accommodation with wood fired hottub

Nestled down a private country lane, opposite fields, sunsets and sunrises sits Ravenside annexe; self contained, with luxurious king sized bed, bathroom, kitchen and living/dining room. This bolthole has a drive, washer/drier, Wi-Fi as well as organic fresh produce available from the main house. It’s a 5 minute walk to the riverside pub where you can wild swim, a park and shop. Matfen Hall Spa and restaurant, as well as numerous fine dining and Michelin starred restaurants are very close by. The space Renovated and refurbished to an extremely high standard. Luxurious Egyptian cotton bedding on a deluxe Emma mattress. Large living/dining room with stable door to private patio, large dining table, deluxe large sofolgy sofa bed, flatscreen samsung smart TV Completely private and self contained. Private bathroom (shower, no bath). Looking over fields with cows and sheep (deers if you’re up early!) and in a dark skies area. Shooting stars often seen from the hot tub! See upcoming meteor shower dates on the RMG website. Outdoor seating for al fresco dining or coffee watching the sun rise, fire pit. Private drive and entrance. There is a wood fired hot tub for exclusive use. £40 per stay is required to use this and is the usual fee across air b and b properties (covers the additional cleaning, water, wear and tear and first basket of wood). It is designed for two adults. Please read the instructions carefully and note it does take 2-3 hours to heat depending on outside temperature. It is eco-friendly ie no chemicals or electricity. The smaller and drier the wood, the quicker it gets hot. Feel free to bring wood although I do have additional to buy if needed. The Annexe shares a drive with Ravenside Cottage which is a luxury brand new two bedroomed holiday cottage. This is also bookable on airbandb. Produce grown by the family, including eggs, honey, vegetables and flowers are available. Separate bins for recycling. Vegetable patch and greenhouse with seasonal food available. Guest access The room light in the bedroom are controlled by the main switch on the wall (so you don’t need to turn the individual lights off) Other things to note There is a high chair available. Please let me know if you’d like to use it. If you require more than the king size bed making up, please let me know. There is a single mattress in the bedroom and a sofa bed. in the living area. Normally, if the sofa bed is needed the bedding will be in the wardrobe, however if you would like it making up, and hence not needing to use the sofa when you arrive, let me know. Thank you. The village shop opens early for food, supplies etc but does shut at lunchtime. If there is anything specific you need, just ask. There is ground coffee with a cafetière and tea in the kitchen. There is a strict no smoking policy. Any smoking in the property or grounds will incur a £250 charge. One well behaved up to medium sized dog permitted. No pets on furniture please and guests to bring own dog bed and bedding.
