"Baltic Sea Oasis", with sauna and fireplace right on the beach

The "Baltic Sea Oasis" on the Wohlenberger Wiek, located between Boltenhagen and Wismar, only 150 meters walk to the beach. Our terraced bungalow is equipped with 3 terraces, sauna, fireplace, living room, 2 bedrooms, shower room and complete kitchenette. Here you can relax in the wooden sauna, swim in the shallow Baltic Sea, explore the beautiful surroundings by bike or on foot, pay a visit to the Hanseatic city of Wismar (approx. 17 km) or discover the Baltic Sea resort of Boltenhagen (approx. 15 km). The space In the living room there is a fully equipped kitchenette with oven, ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, kettle as well as sufficient dishes and cutlery, pots and pans. In the living area there is a large smart TV, Wi-Fi with fiber optic network, DVD player, CD radio, vacuum cleaner and a fireplace (wood must be brought). In bedroom 1 there is a large wardrobe and 1 double bed. In bedroom 2, there is a bunk bed, 1 sofa bed, 1 wardrobe and a TV (as a screen) to which you can connect a game console you bring with you. In the wind-protected courtyard there are 2 loungers with pads, 1 beach chair and an outdoor shower. The terraces are equipped with 1 umbrella each as well as table and chairs. In our bungalow you can enjoy your vacation in any weather. Breakfast on the east terrace overlooking a field with birdsong, sheltered in the courtyard after the sauna (wood for heating must be brought) and use the outdoor shower or enjoy dinner on the southwest terrace. In cool weather, the fireplace in the living room creates cozy warmth. There is a fiber optic connection for reliable internet. Guest access The entire house is at your disposal. Other things to note From April 1, 2024, the municipality will levy a tourist tax. Adults 1 euro per day, children 0.50 euro.
