Here you live in a modern home with three bedrooms (2 smaller rooms with bunk beds and one larger room with a 160 cm bed), a smaller office, and a large bathroom. Guest cottage with two bunk beds (80*200, 120*200) and newly renovated bathroom with shower. Wake up to birdsong & enjoy the forest air. Close to Sövdesjön's bathing beach, where a sauna boat and canoe are available to rent. Close to a grocery store and the adventure camp with lots of activities. Close to Vombsjön & Snogeholmssjön. The space The residence welcomes you with a hallway with space for hanging outer clothing. Next door is a practical office with a desk, perfect for remote work. Fiber is installed. The large, fully tiled bathroom is equipped with toilet, sink, shower with shower walls and washing machine. The living room is bright and inviting, with a sofa group, large windows and a cozy soapstone fireplace (wood not included). There is also a TV with Chromecast and access to a covered patio facing west. The kitchen, new from 2025, is fully equipped with stove, fan, dishwasher, oven, microwave, sink and fridge/freezer. Dining table for 6 people. The larger bedroom has a 1.40 bed, and the two smaller bedrooms are furnished with a bunk bed each (90 cm beds). In the guest house, there is a newly renovated bathroom with shower and a bedroom with 2 bunk beds, 80 cm top and 120 cm bottom. = 4 beds. Blackout curtains are provided. Guest access Cabin, guest house, patios, driveway and garden. Other things to note Due to allergies in the family, we do not allow pets. Smoking is not allowed either indoors or in the outdoor areas; please respect this. Bedlinen and towels are NOT included. If you wish to rent bed linens, that is possible at a cost of SEK 250/bed. Cleaning is available for an additional SEK 1500.
