Welcome to lovely Ljugarn on Gotland 🏡 🏖️ Here, you can enjoy a peaceful stay close to nature, with lovely hiking areas nearby, about 1.9 miles to most of the expansive beaches, and the town center with restaurants, cafés, and a grocery store. Just a short walk away are the Ljugarn golf course, padel court, and outdoor gym. The area offers nice trails for walking and cycling. Proximity to the Folhammar rock formation area – where there are also several barbecue areas. Here you have a perfect combination of nature, activities, and relaxation 🌿 The space 1 bedroom with a 180-cm continental bed. 2 bedrooms with 90-cm (35-in) bunk beds. Fully equipped kitchen with induction stovetop, microwave, convection oven, coffee maker, and coffee machine (Dolce Gusto). Bathroom/toilet with shower and washing machine. Guest access The entire ground floor and the outdoor garden. Upstairs not finished yet. Other things to note Please note: The house is newly built, but the exterior (plaster/siding) is not finished yet. This is an aesthetic issue; no work will be carried out during the stay. Inside, the house maintains high standards and is fully functional; some aesthetic details remain to be completed, including wallpaper in the living room and tiling under the bar/kitchen island. Upstairs is off limits until it is completed. Sheets and towels are not included in this accommodation but must be brought. There are 4 90-cm beds and one 180-cm bed. All covers are for single beds.
