Enjoy stunning river views, direct access to the water, and a comfortable space to relax after a day of skiing, kayaking, or soaking up the sun. Ground floor of the property is not included. The space - Comfy living space - Fully equip kitchen - Smart tv - Great outdoor amenities - bbq and fire pit access - Wifi - A/C in kitchen/dining/living - Pedestal fans in each bedroom - Towels and swimming towels provided - Boat ramp access for speedboats and Jetskis from the reserve next-door - Mooring for Speedboat and Jetski - Large lawn space - The shack is only accessible via stairs - Water on the property is pumped from the river and is NOT suitable for drinking. - Strictly no pets - Life jackets are NOT supplied for swimming and water activities - Please ensure you bring your own Guest access 3 bedroom river shack with fully equip kitchen. Relax on the spacious decking, and enjoy a BBQ or head down to the river side and stoke up the firepit. The shack is accessible only by stairs. Wifi, washing machine and dryer all available for use. Use of the lawn area/river front is only usable directly in front of the shack. Please be respectful of neighbouring lawns and river frontages.
