This beautiful designed and furnished cottage is a haven of peace, set in the Brecks in the heart of East Anglia, perfectly situated for exploring both Norfolk and Suffolk. PRICE INCLUDES FULL USE OF THE COTTAGES PRIVATE HOT TUB. Swan Cottage sleeps two; has private parking, an outside terrace, and is close to lots of countryside and woodland walks. The space This beautifully converted old laundry, set in the grounds of Hill House, provides a luxury detached cottage with everything you need for a wonderful holiday. Designed to create a relaxing cosy atmosphere with spacious living flooded with natural light. The price is fully inclusive and includes the following benefits: - On arrival you will find a welcome pack which includes tea, coffee, sugar and a bottle of apple juice to enjoy. - Use of Swan Cottage's private hot tub throughout the stay - Beautiful linen, soft, comfortable robes, and bathroom towels are all provided. COTTAGE LAYOUT: BEDROOM The bedroom, is furnished with a king-size bed and is further enhanced with soft lighting and storage. BATHROOM The luxury modern bathroom is a real highlight – with a bath and shower, robes, huge fluffy towels and Plum and Ashby's soaps and creams. KITCHEN / DINING ROOM The spacious kitchen, dining, sitting area is fully equipped with everything you could possibly want – a real home from home (and if there is something you need that’s not there, we will endeavour to provide it). SITTING ROOM The sitting room provides a comfy sofa for whiling away the hours reading or watching DVD’s. The underfloor heating keeps the living area cosy in the winter months. Equipped with WIFI and a Bluetooth speaker. A small selection of dvd's and games are available in the cottage. Guest access TERRACE: The exclusive outside terrace is the perfect place for a hearty al fresco supper by candlelight after a long day exploring. On the terrace you will find a BBQ and table & chairs, a pair of Adirondack comfortable wooden chairs and the hot tub. Whether you spend the day sightseeing, walking the coastal paths or in the magical woodland nearby, there's no better way to end the day than with a glass of wine outside, looking at the stars, or just chilling in the hot tub. Picnic chairs, plates and a cool bag are available. HOT TUB As mentioned above the hot tub is situated on the terrace in front of the cottage. The hot tub is NOT shared and for Swan Cottage guests only. Other things to note SWIMMING AND SAUNA: Whilst relaxing at the farm you are welcome to book swimming in our private, heated pool, and a sauna slot. This is not included in the daily rate of of our holiday accommodation. Details and prices are included in the 'Arrival Guide’ that will be emailed to you nearer to the time of your stay. Please note that line swimming is not permitted. Times MUST BE booked prior to your stay with Mary who will let you know what availability there is.
