If you like the combination of Paris, French life, countryside, culture, shopping, golf and attractions, our house on the beautiful estate Chateau La Trousse is a great base to discover Paris, Euro Disney at your own pace or to go tasting in the Champagne region (Champagne route starts at 15 km) or to play a game of golf. The space The house The house is located on the Cour, an old courtyard. The access to the house/apartment is on the courtyard side. On the courtyard, you can enjoy the sun in the early spring until the fall. At the back is a private terrace that merges into a large garden where children can play freely and independently. On the ground floor, you will find a spacious living room (45m2) with a living room and wood stove, open kitchen with oven/microwave/grill and dishwasher. The house is heated with electric heating. On the second floor are two bedrooms, a bathroom and a second separate toilet. The master bedroom at the rear has a double bed and a closet for clothes. The children's room at the front has a bunk bed. In this room it is easy to place a baby/toddler bed (present). On the landing is the dresser with accessories including a changing pad for the care of small children and a stair gate. The attic on the second floor consists of a front attic where a DVD player and space for playing, studying and working. The bedroom in the attic has two single beds. Guest access You may use the entire home gardens including swing, swimming pool and tennis court. The tennis court and heated outdoor pool are open from May to September. These are shared with other guests and residents of the estate. Please note that the houses and apartments are private property. Please respect the privacy and tranquility.
