The cows are all Hereford breed and the bulls are Brahman. The property is hilly terrain with a seasonal creek within walking distance heading south from the cabin. There are several dams also within walking distance, in different directions. There is also an old abattoir on the farm which is within walking distance from the cabin heading north east . If you would like more information or guidance regarding your walks, contact me via the message app. and I will gladly help. Guest access The cabin is set back approximately 1.1 km from the end of Sandilands Street at the front entrance of the farm. The driveway is all weather but drive slowly at about 10km/h as there are a few potholes in parts. The driveway goes over a cattle grid at the front entrance where there is a saddle mailbox then up past the house and cottage then turn left towards the cattle yards then over another cattle grid slow down here to a crawl as you need to turn right sharply then drive up the hill at about 10 km/ h to the Cabin which sits at the top of the hill. Stop at the first small gate to open the second long gate to drive in to the carport. Then shut the gate so cattle do not enter the Cabin garden. Simply unload your car and follow the path to the front steps. The front door will be unlocked for you and you will be told where to find keys to lock up. Due to the terrain and rainfall it is advisable not to drive around the property as there is a risk of getting bogged. Drive on the driveways as they have been built with rock and gravel to take vehicles. Registration details Exempt
