Located on a second level (2nd floor). Only 15 minutes from Playa Cabarete, 30 minutes from Playa Sosua. In addition, you are 20 minutes away from Jamao al Norte, famous for its beautiful resorts. In 5-10 minutes (by public transportation) you will find: pharmacies, supermarkets, restaurants (with typical Dominican food) The space Veragua is a central area if you are looking to visit different beaches or resorts on the North Coast. Being just 15-30 minutes from famous beaches such as Playa Cabarete and Playa Sosua. You can also visit the beautiful resorts of Jamao al Norte in the area. And in just 45 minutes, you can visit: Río San Juan, a beautiful municipality with very famous beaches such as Playa Caletón, Playa Rogelio, and Playa Grande, among others, as well as the beautiful Laguna Gri'Gri. Also, if you are working, our apartment offers you a comfortable desk (we have Wi-Fi with a speed of: slow to normal). Guest access In addition to everything inside the apartment (which will be at your sole disposal), you will also have access to the following: a small balcony with 2 chairs, a private laundry room, and private parking within the facility (Important note: although this area is very quiet and safe, we are not responsible for damage caused in the parking lot). Other things to note To maintain tranquility and harmony: No gatherings or groups of people are allowed in the apartment late at night. There is 1 private parking space available on the premises; however, playing loud music inside the parking lot is not allowed. It is not permitted: to park vehicles in front of the facilities with loud music, either during the day or at night. This area is very quiet and ideal for those looking for rest and tranquility.
