Here, you will stay comfortably in a large house with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, perfect for a family or group of friends. Parts of the house have been renovated recently, while other rooms are still of an older standard and are awaiting renovation. 1st floor: 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, small toilet by the entrance, kitchen with dishwasher and oven. In the living room, there is a PS3 for those who want to play. Otherwise, we spend our daily time on the 2nd floor, which contains 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, kitchen and living room. Basement: Older unfinished basement with washing machine. Outside area with lawns, patio and conservatory. Guest access The entire house and garden can be used. Parking space for cars in the driveway. Space for 3 cars. Other things to note Heating with a heat pump on the 1st and 2nd floors and a wood-burning stove on the 2nd floor. An extra mattress is available on the 1st floor if needed. A trampoline can be provided upon request. The nearest bathing area is at the boatyard/marina in Årsbogveien. It is a short walk of about 5 minutes to get there. Here there is a sandy bottom and it is shallow for a long distance at low tide.
