Exclusive cottage in Sunnanå Harbor, including boat/boating area

Welcome to our cottage in Sunnanå Hamn, right next to Lake Vänern with a nice view of the water. Here you will find everything you need for a relaxing stay, with your own patio and access to a small boat with oars. The location is perfect for those who want to enjoy nature, wonderful barbecue evenings, and the opportunity for boat trips and fishing. In the area, there are also nice walking paths, as well as restaurants and a golf course nearby. Final cleaning and bed linens are included in the booking cost! Welcome! ☀️🌸 The space Downstairs, there is an open kitchen and living room with a view of the water. There is a fully equipped kitchen, dining table, TV and sofa bed. Large glass doors lead directly out to a private patio with outdoor furniture and barbecue, perfect for dinners and summer evenings by the water. Upstairs, there is a spacious bedroom with a 180-cm double bed. Adjacent to the bedroom is a bathroom and a walk-in closet with plenty of storage. Guest access As a guest, you have access to the entire place, the patio, and a small boat with oars. If you come with your own boat, the boat slip can be made available to you. Other things to note In order for you to have as smooth and enjoyable a stay as possible, we ask you to read through the following information before you book. The cottage is in a harbor area where, especially during the summer, there can be a lot of activity, such as children playing, people socializing, and boating in the harbor. During low season, the harbor is very calm and quiet. The accommodation is ideal for 2 people, but it has four regular beds: a 180-cm double bed upstairs and a sofa bed with a mattress downstairs. If you wish to have more than four people stay, please contact us before booking. There is the possibility of extra sleeping spots on an air mattress by arrangement. Bed linens and towels are included and available on site upon arrival. The boat motor is not included in the booking, but can be rented separately at an additional cost by arrangement. Parking is available directly adjacent to the cabin with room for a maximum of two cars. Information about check-in, key, and entry to the property will be sent before arrival. Check-in is no earlier than 3 pm and check out is no later than 11 am. Final cleaning is included in the price, but the accommodation must be left in an orderly condition upon departure. The dishes should be washed and put away, the garbage disposed of, and furniture and other items put back in their places. Basic cleaning supplies are available during the stay. Parties, events and larger gatherings are not allowed. Of course, you can socialize, listen to music and enjoy your stay, but the sound level should be kept at a reasonable level and consideration should be shown to the neighbors, especially in the evenings and at night. Smoking is not allowed in or directly adjacent to the cabin. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed due to allergies. The cabin floats on the water and has direct access to a floating dock and a boat slip. It is therefore important to be extra careful, especially with children, and that children are always supervised near the water. Life jackets are available in the cabin and must always be used during boat trips. We also recommend that children and people who are not swimmers wear life jackets when on the floating dock or near the water. All time spent on the floating dock and by the water is at your own risk. We ask all guests to be considerate of neighbors and the surroundings and to treat the accommodation, patio, floating dock and boat with care.
