Outside, the porch invites you to unwind around a cozy fire table while taking in the peaceful green space—perfect for morning coffee, evening drinks, or simply soaking in the fresh coastal air. Your four-legged companion is welcome to join in on the fun, with the expansive green space behind the home offering plenty of room to stretch, play, and relax. Just across Marine View Drive, Oyhut Bay provides access to 26 miles of canals for kayaking or stand-up paddleboarding. Guest access We have a nice play yard that holds a sandy Beach Volleyball court, Bocce` ball, tournament Horseshoe pits, a giant Chess set, a playground area for the little ones and a community Fire pit for your enjoyment. We have dvd/blueray movies and board games that you may check out in our Rental Office for a family movie or game night, or both, and free bicycle usage during your stay.
