"Aggies Poolhouse" in Sigtuna! Near Arlanda Airport! WELCOME to this unique and charming house (4 p) and cottage (2 p) with a pool in a beautiful garden in Sweden's oldest town, Sigtuna. This spacious, modern house with its cosy cottage (mostly available in summertime) has 4+2 beds and is situated on Munkholmen just a few steps to Lake Mälaren. Not more than a 10 min walk to a nice little public beach, a 25 min walk to Sigtuna town. 15 min drive from Arlanda Airport, 40 min to Stockholm. The space Welcome to our unique and charming home in the beautiful town Sigtuna. With your own private dock if you arrive with your boat!! Unique! (Less than 10 minutes walk). A very calm and quiet neighbourhood. The "sunny side" of Sigtuna. Stunning garden. Some call it "the Oasis". You can stay up to 6 guests/5 beds). It is big and plenty of space. 3 small bedrooms in the pool house ( One with a double bed, the room has standing hight by one side of the bed only, and one room has a single bed but it is wide, 120 cm and the third a 90 cm bed) There is a cosy cottage on the other side of the pool and it offers two singel beds but they are put together so for now you use it as a double bed (separate sheets though). If you wish you can separate the beds. No runningwater in the cottage. You use the bathroom in the pool house. The pool house has a big living room with an appel-TV for streaming services. A fully equipped kitchen with all utilities you need. Do you miss anything you just let us know of course. A big modern bathroom with shower, a double sink and a washing machine. Heated floor. Where you enter the garden/house you will have your own outdoor place with some furniture. When you rent it you will not share it with other customers but we could be home and use the space in the garden and pool.. You may use the pool after agreement and after receiving instructions. The use of the pool is strictly at your own risk. You share the pool with the host, (but we usually let you use it by yourselves). The pool is heated 26-30 degrees but when fall arrives and nights get cold we turn it off. We have a lovely, calm and friendly dog Kira. She will not bother you but she will be happy if you like to pet her! But don’t give her food. She gets plenty. And don´t forget to lock the gates. Guest access You may use the hall, bathroom, kitchen with big livingroom, the hall upstairs with closet and the sleeping room, only the one/ones you have booked. Not to use the basement. You may use the pool and the area next to it right outside the glassdoors. And the area where you entered the yard on the right hand side of the mainbuilding through the gate.. And of course the cottage with two beds it you have booked that one. Other things to note Please read the house manual/instructions. You will find it in the Pool house on the kitchen table. There will also be all kinds of information about the town, restaurant and cafe tips, public service, hospital etc. You must please not leave any dirty dishes. Leave all trash in trash container in the yard. Instructions will be found in the manual. The living room with the kitchen and the bathroom has plenty of space. You might find the bedrooms kind of small though if you are used to bigger. The bedroom in the pool house with a doublebed has standing hight by one side of the bed only. We stay in another house, the main house, and it is situated right next to you but we do respect your privacy. This is a non smoking house and area. Talk to the host if you can smoke at a certain place outside away from open doors and windows. One guest must be able to speak swedish or english.
