A open kitchen and a dinning and living area. Sleeps up to 8 people, but comfortably for 6. Nearly 3 acres of outdoor water front property is waiting for you to enjoy. Guests have full access to the pier, boathouse and large waterfront yard. The space This beautiful waterfront, water access property is nested just a mile away from a public sandy beach, and a short drive from bustling shopping centers, town squares adorned with delectable dining options, and charming waterfront Leonardtown wharf, our vacation home promises the perfect blend of fun, relaxation and convenience. Indulge in days of tranquility, whether you're casting a line for the catch of the day, trying your skill at crabbing, or simply basking in the sun at our yard, pier or the nearby sandy shores. Embrace the freedom to dine in or explore the culinary delights of the area, all within easy reach. The guests have full access to waterfront yard, piers, boathouse. Shares a private driveway with the main house residence (if hosts happen to be there), with parking up to 5 cars. Guesthouse garage is locked for owner’s storage use only. A clear and polite note, the above-ground spa/pool behind the main house and motorboat in boathouse are not for guests to use. We understand that your furry friend is part of the family, which is why we welcome one small dog (less than 50 lbs) for an additional $50 fee per stay. Please remember to keep our property pristine by picking up after your pet daily. Your comfort is our priority, which is why we provide shampoo, shower gel, towels, and bathroom tissues in our bathrooms, along with basic cookware, cups, and plates in the kitchen. Since the kitchen supplies are basic, for some guests need to do serious cooking, please bring own necessary ingredients and cooking supplies or buy them at nearby shops. The residence is located in a quiet neighborhood and so no big parties are allowed or on a case-by-case approval basis. Your dream vacation awaits at our home-away-from-home! Guest access Guests will receive a message from the host a few days before arrival about the front door access code and other welcome notes. Other things to note 1. Total 4 beds (three queen size beds and one twin bed), plus one folding bed with set of clean sheets stowed in room 2’s closet. In case of the need for that extra bed, please set it up yourself. 2. AC system upgraded recently from an old traditional central AC system to a total 4 wall-mini-split units, which allow guests to have better temperature control throughout, as well as for the purpose of energy saving. Our guests will be able to adjust temperatures base on individual needs in each room. You will find the AC unit remote controllers are in the holders, near the wall units. Please keep those controllers in the holders when you leave. 3. If owners are not at property, guests welcome to use two crab traps to catch crabs - county’s restriction only allows two crab traps per property. They are stowed in the boathouse. Please pull them out from water before leave. Please be safe at all time, particularly with small children while near the water!
